We just had a new 6' x 4' triple pane slider window installed. The talented crew first protected the carpet and furniture with drop cloths. Removal of the old window went quickly. The opening was taped and prepared for the new window. Once installed it was centered and carefully secured.
Window Medics cuts the trim molding at the job site so everything fit perfectly. Once in place they helped repair some imperfections in the sheetrock surround. We appreciated the detailed window cleaning and general cleanup at job end.
Matt took time to explain the advantages of their windows which are manufactured here in Alaska. The materials used give the window are nice clean modern appearance which we liked. Big bonus is Window Medics can replace parts of the frame if ever damaged. No need to replace the entire window! We also noticed our room is now quieter with the new window.
Altogether a good experience, all done in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and reasonable and communication with their office went well. We plan on replacing a larger window soon and will again call Window Medics.
Update: It's been about six months since the new window install. We remain happy with the quality of materials and glass. This window is quieter than our last one, no more jet engine or wind noise. This window opens and closes easily and without effort. We highly recommend Window Medics and Climate Control of Alaska.

On time and very friendly technicians. Even when we had a slight change of plans, they were professional, respectful, and got answers from their office quickly! They’ll be coming back to do some additional work soon to get our windows ready for winter!

Window Medics completed several projects in our home. They defogged and restored windows, replaced windows that were damaged, and installed window film for temperature regulation. All their estimators and installers were friendly and professional. I am very pleased with my beautiful view that I can finally fully appreciate through my windows.

I just had my living room window replaced. After shopping around and considering a wide range of options, as well as relying on recommendations from friends, I chose Window Medics to do job. The price was a tenth of the highest quote I got. The job was rescheduled to a week later than originally planned due to glass availability. The crew was very efficient and completed the job in about one hour. Very neat and tidy, cleaned up, made one minor adjustment for me, and even offer to put the furniture back in place. I’m so happy to have a nice clear window again!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The office was incredibly easy to work with, and the estimate was turned around exceptionally quickly. Scheduling was simple, and their team provided multiple follow-ups and reminders, which showed great respect for our time.
They arrived exactly when promised, were professional and courteous, and delivered outstanding customer service throughout the process. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I have used Window Medics twice for window replacements in the past 5 years. They were able to replace my window glass in no time at all. Windows are not cheap but are worth it.
